The HCCA AGM details are as follows:

 

Date:  Monday August 23rd.

Time:  7:00pm

Location:  North Huon Club Rooms (Ranelagh)

 

Agenda will be sent out in the next couple of days, along with other relevant documents. 

 

All Board and Office Bearer positions will be open for nomination.  Please note that at least 3 Board Members have indicated that they do not intend to stand for re-election and that we currently have no Secretary.  It is essential that all positions be filled (in particular the Secretary role) with people willing and able to do the job.  If you know of someone that might be interested, please encourage them to attend the AGM.  If anyone would like any details of any position (either currently occupied or vacant) please don't hesitate to ask.
